報名前請仔細閱讀以下活動條款及細則。

報名須知

1. 報名人士必須於網上報名同時繳交籌款,方能保證參與資格。
2. 報名將以先到先得方式決定參加資格,額滿即止。
3. 16 歲或以下參加者需獲家長/監護人簽署同意方可參加。
4. 捐款收據將以電郵方式發送至報名捐款者,請在表格上清楚填寫資料。
5. 如天文台於活動當日早上6時或之後懸掛三號或以上風球或黃/紅/黑色暴雨警告訊號,是次活動將會取消,已繳交之款項恕不退回。
6. 生命熱線(本會)保留取錄參加者及活動安排之最終決定權。
7. 本會有權隨時修改此條款及細則而無須另行通知。
8. 關於活動之一切事宜,本會有最終決定權,請留意本會最新公布。

活動須知

1. 本會將於電郵確認函件(包括活動詳情及穿梭巴士時間)予個人參加者/各隊隊長,請隊長將相關資料通知及轉發給各隊員,活動當日不設現場報名。
2. 活動當日參加者須於活動登記處報到。
3. 大會並沒有寄存行李服務,請好好保管隨身行李。
4. 如參加者在中途離開活動路線,請務必通知大會,否則會當作失蹤處理。

支持低碳旅程

1. 請參加者自備樽裝飲用水/環保水杯。
2. 如自攜飲食,請避免使用即棄用品。
3. 請自攜餐具享用現場提供之飲食。
4. 為減少碳排放,參加者請乘搭公共交通工具或大會穿梭巴士前往起點,並避免駕駛私家車到活動場地。
5. 起點/終點設有回收設施,請支持清潔回收。
6. 自己垃圾自己帶走。

步行安全須知

1. 參加者必須確保身體狀況適宜參加步行。
2. 請攜帶環保水樽/容器/餐具,並穿運動或登山鞋及保暖衣服。
3. 旅程中參加者需小心注意自己及其他參加者安全,並依從大會指示的步行路線,不可另選步行路徑。
4. 部份路段屬車輛、單車及行人共用路段,敬請小心。

使用個人資料聲明

生命熱線(本會)會遵守及履行個人資料(私隱)條例之規定,並確保閣下的個人資料準確及安全。本會擬使用報名的個人資料(包括姓名、電郵地址、聯絡電話號碼),透過郵寄、電郵、電話、短訊等方式推廣生命熱線活動,提供本會最新資訊、問卷調查、籌募活動及其他通訊。生命熱線將按照《個人資料(私隱)條例》妥善處理及儲存您的個人資料。倘若希望停止接收以上資訊,請以電郵通知本會。

影音免責聲明

參加者的影像(錄像/照片)、聲音(影片攝錄、錄音聲帶或其他形式),以及/或參加者故事可能供生命熱線用於推廣及協助籌集經費,有機會出現在不同的媒介,包括網站、報章、社交媒體、出版物、電視和電台等。生命熱線沒有義務使用你的影像、聲音或故事。內容一旦發布便不可移除。

免責聲明

報名個人/隊伍代表確認資料準確無誤,同時將遵守主辦單位之活動安排及規則,並自行承擔一切活動期間因意外引起的責任,包括死亡、受傷、財物損失之任何法律責任。主辦單位生命熱線、贊助機構和支援機構均無須對此作出賠償或負上任何責任。

報名個人/隊伍代表同意生命熱線有絕對決定權決定因應政府政策、惡劣天氣、天然災難、傳染病、突然發生與公共交通相關或其他原因引致的事故,而對活動形式及日期時間作出更改,且不會就生命熱線對活動作出的更改提出異議。生命熱線有權在任何情況下取消活動,並毋須事先發出有關通知。

報名個人/隊伍確認隊員的精神狀況良好及身體健康,並且有能力應付此活動,及未曾經執業醫生診斷為體能不適合參與此活動。

報名個人/隊伍同意不會在活動過程中作出任何違反香港法律、破壞他人名譽、猥褻、威嚇性、侵害他人或其他冒犯性或令人反感的行為。這些行為包括但不限於任何被視為暴力、仇恨言論、騷擾、霸凌、威嚇、政治、侵權、色情及猥褻的或與上述有關的行為。同時亦會遵從生命熱線及政府部門指示。

生命熱線有絕對決定權發布活動內容及隨時移除該內容而不作另行通知。報名個人/隊伍同意及知悉個人/隊員發表的所有意見及內容僅代表個人/隊員的觀點,均不代表生命熱線及是次活動的立場及看法。生命熱線有權拒絕個人/隊員參加是次活動,或取消參加是次活動資格。

Terms and Conditions

Please read carefully on the following Terms and Conditions before signing up.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Please submit your application form via our online application platform with online donation.
2. Participation availability will be assigned on a first-come-first-served basis.
3. Parent/guardian's approval is required for participants aged at or under 16.
4. Donation receipts will be emailed to the registered donor. Please provide the donor's information clearly on the form for receipt purposes.
5. In case of typhoon signal No.3 or above, or amber / red / black rainstorm warning is hoisted at or after 6am on event date by the Hong Kong Observatory, the event will be canceled and donation will NOT be refunded.
6. The Organiser, Suicide Prevention Services (SPS), reserves the right to the final decision on acceptance of applications and to change the event details without prior notice.
7. SPS reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
8. SPS reserves the right to the final decision in all matters pertaining to the event. Any changes or contingent measures for the event will be posted on SPS online media.

Event Remarks

1. SPS will email event reminders with shuttle bus services details to individual participants / team leaders. Team leaders will be responsible for distributing the information to their teammates. No walk-in registration will be allowed on the event day.
2. Please approach to the registration counter onsite for check-in.
3. There will be no bag storage service at the venue. Please keep an eye on your personal belongings.
4. If participants need to leave during the event, please inform the event organiser. Otherwise, you will be treated as a missing person.

Green Journey

1. Please bring your own bottles of water.
2. Please avoid bringing single-use packaged food and drinks.
3. Please bring your own utensils to enjoy the food and drinks provided at the event.
4. To reduce carbon footprint, participants are encouraged to commute by public transport or event shuttle bus. Please avoid driving to the venue.
5. Recycling facilities will be set up at the registration area. Please support clean recycling.
6. Please take your litter home and keep the environment clean.

Safety Remarks

1. All participants must declare that they are physically fit to participate in the event.
2. Suggested items to bring shall include:
   • Water Bottle, Eco-Cutlery & Food Container
   • Sneakers / Hiking Shoes
   • Warm Clothes
3. Please take good care of yourself and other participants. Follow the given instructions and do not deviate from the designated route.
4. Part of the route is accessible by vehicles and bicycles. Please be aware of any moving vehicles.

Personal Information Collection and Use Statement

Suicide Prevention Services (SPS) undertakes to comply with the requirements of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance to ensure that personal data collected are accurate and secure. Your personal information (including name, postal and/or email addresses, and telephone number) may be used by SPS for the purposes of sending newsletters, surveys, fundraising appeals or other communication via postal mail, email, telephone, SMS and other online means. You may opt-out of receiving communications from us at any time by email.

Video and Audio Collection and Use Statement

Participants' image (film or photographs), voice (video recording, sound clip, or other formats), and / or story may be used to tell people about SPS' work. These image/ voice/ story could appear on websites, in newspapers, on social media platforms, in a report, or on television and radio. However, SPS is not obliged to use your story. We cannot remove content that has already been published.

Disclaimer and Indemnity

Enrolled individuals/groups agree that all the registered information is accurate and complies with all relevant rules and regulations and other arrangements made by SPS. Enrolled individuals/groups shall take part in the event entirely at their own risk, and shall not hold SPS, any sponsors and / or supporting organisations responsible for any accident of whatever kind, resulting from death or injury, and / or for any damage or loss or destruction of personal properties during the course of the event.

Enrolled individuals/groups agree that SPS has absolute discretion to change the format of event due to Government policies, inclement weather, natural disaster, infectious disease, unanticipated incidents related to public transportation, or other reasons, and will accept any other changes made to the event. Enrolled individuals/groups also acknowledge that SPS reserves the right to cancel the event at any time without prior notice.

Enrolled individuals/groups confirm that all members are medically and physically fit and capable of participating in the event and have not been otherwise advised by a qualified medical practitioner.

Enrolled individuals/groups hereby agree to refrain from any act or behaviour that is illegal, unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, harmful or otherwise offensive throughout the course of the event. This includes but is not limited to anything that may be considered or related to violence, hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, politics, copyright or other intellectual property infringement, sexually explicit content and obscenity.

SPS has absolute discretion to publish and to remove anything that appears on SPS platforms at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Individuals/groups acknowledge and agree that all views and opinions expressed by individuals/groups are those of individuals/groups alone and do not necessarily reflect the position and views of SPS.

SPS reserves the right to refuse entry or participation or otherwise discontinue your application status at the Event.
